Zeev: Re: "I resume you posted that as a warning that the sox is going to be beaten down like pulp. That agrees with some of the warnings I have been voicing about that sector."

You are correct. The Sox is on a the edge of a cliff right now. I could not tell you if it gets pushed over the edge after the close tomorrow or next week. One thing is for sure. It is going over the edge soon. And where the Sox goes so deos the Nasdaq, especially since it is close to being the last man standing in tech. land.

The rally is in jeopardy because of fundamentals. Finally, some folks have come to the realization that even with US stabilization in orders there is a big world out there and their problems have just hit their shores.

Joseph said we were at the bottom. Well, that is being called into question. But the bigger issue is how long will we will be on the bottom looking for something more than an erratic uptick. And it is a worldwide issue. I cannot believe how many people focus solely on the US.

I think you should reconsider a position you had in late April. You thought then that if we went straight up to 2300 without touching 1850 first that we could set ourselves up for a massacre of sorts. I believe that thinking is still in play.

Zeev, did you sell BRCM, EMLX, JNPR, NEWP, AND SCMR? Well, what do you think it's going to be? Mark them up in the morning and then down? Or, a rally to about 2180?
