OT/Hi Bobby. Uh oh(g) Don't start me on sports!

You ever see the brief video interview Williams did with Musial after they'd both retired? A real classic!

Williams had a great sense of humor when he let it show.

One of my old time favs is Rogers Hornsby. If memory serves he won 5 consecutive batting titles in the 1st 1/2 of the 1920s when he was with the Cards.

If you look at all the stats he piled up during those years, it's a feat of hitting never equaled before or since. Great display on it in the museum in Bush Stadium. Worth the trip just to see that. Man from Mars stuff.

In fact, Hornsby was a mentor to Williams early in his career. Williams talks about it in his book, The Science of Hitting.
