GUMM=Loser Period! The stock sucks. It has always sucked. It WILL always suck. GUMM will hit a new 52 week low "very soon".

$5 takes awhile with punk stocks like GUMM but it always happens eventually.

Dan, there is no point in responding. His pathos lot warrants neither sympathy nor encouragement.

I did notice that short positions have dropped by about three hundred thousand over the past 2 months. This is very encouraging. I believe that this has been largely closing boxed positions and negotiated purchases. As the professional shorts slink away we will find the retail shorts less and less capable of defusing good news.

Once this becomes a fair fight it may well be rewarding to see good news cross the wire. The SWMAY issue still has a couple ways it can go. We should see some kind of resolution on QGLY in the near future. The proxy for sale of the gum business should be out this week if the SEC can get their heads out of their fourth point of contact....

I wonder what CSFB will recommend for courses of action. Patience has been particularly difficult and, thus far, unrewarding.

Dan,

The QGLY trial is ongoing. Kehoe is in Philadelphia this week to testify. Guy Quigley already testified. Hopefully this lawsuit will be resolved very soon and GUMM can go about its business.

GUMM is reportedly happy with the proceedings. They may have a more sympathetic judge than the last fellow.
