It's the efficiency of the TCO of NTAP over its competitors that means NTAP will gain marketshare. And Not at all, you don't have to pay the property taxes or live there either. Every benefit has a cost, the idea is to keep costs low, and profits, the bottom line higher, and NTAP by analogy is positioned to do that in this recovery.
