It's a good idea, if you have cookies for sign-ins, such as SI... to make a list of such sites, with all names/passwords. Then dump the cache, temp folders, cookie files.... re-enter all the sites that matter, then identify those critical cookies before surfing elsewhere. For future cache-cleanings, you'll then be able to identify the key cookies and dump the rest. It's tedious the first time but way easier thereafter.
