He tried it with Chad (you remember Hissne Hiberè? ggg)Then he tried with Mali, then in Niger where he bombed a French airliner in 1989(!!), then he tried to invade Tunisia when Habib Burgiba was in office, Then he tried to convince Ibrahim Babngida to invade Niger,..... now this!
