Well do a little bit of legwork and look at their respective suits against bloomberg and evans. I'll save ya little trouble and tell ya that both were dismissed. IF the PAL (private ass lickers) continue with their suit, I will be willing to bet this suit follows a similar course. Or of course the attorny could always try and repo their trade show booth. Oh wait, that has already been done. You guys that still believe in Tom and co after all of the crap you have been dealt, deserve no sympathy. WIll you please just take half of what you want to invest next time and send it to a worthy charity instead of helping line the pockets of the theives.
