The court case covers only the SDRAM and DDR, and that may not be the last word on that issue. With INTC still supporting them and the aggressive launch of the P4, valuations to $33 (which were typical tops prior to RMBS getting after the SDRAM and DDR segments) in a euphoric market (which i expect early next year) would not be "unreasonable".
