Tony,

re: but there were many posts by AMD types about Intel's server business about to be ravaged, gouged, prices plummeting, etc.

The Advanced Manic Depression moderated thread has come down from their euphoria to the depths of depression, again. They feel abandoned by the OEM's. No new servers, not much shelf space at retail.

It must be very difficult to have a lot of your money tied up in that stock. Although Intel isn't a day at the beach.

John

Tony, <I'm not taking the time to collect them, but there were many posts by AMD types about Intel's server business about to be ravaged, gouged, prices plummeting, etc. It ain't happening, like I've been predicting for a long, long time.>

If you were Scumbria, right now you'd be busy collecting those AMDroid posts you were talking about and quoting them just for your entertainment.

Nice to see that this thread has refrained from gloating (with a few notable exceptions, of course).
