I have had companies that I owned sued for one reason or the other and later dismissed or settled. Depending on how many shares you own, settlement that you get may buy you a coffee at Starbucks or if you have lots, may be dinner or two.. Overall, this is a form of greenmail where company's insurers either cough up the dough or fight the battle along with the company.. Either case, from share holders' perspective hardly any pay back.. Ambulance chasers on the other hand find this lucrative since a lot of times companies find it too distracting so they settle.. Not always though..

But I agree about one thing.. It takes time and usually is protracted.. By that time, AREM story could be totally different.

They would never see a dime because you're saying AREM is broke? Great another Stale Faker pick! "no plaintiff ever sees a dime in this lawsuit. It will take years to wind through the US courts anyway.The acid test for AREM is the next earnings report.
