one rule for Republicans, completely different one for Democrats. I don't think so. Chelsea was only 13 in 92. The difference here is that the Bush girls had a run-in with the law. That makes it public information. And that is the basis for the media attention. Having said that, I don't think it should really be treated any differently from any other 19 year old who gets busted for illegal possession of alcohol. Using fake ID, however, is another story. That's a felony.
