EntrePort will undertake a 19:1 reverse split...Infotopia will receive 13,100,000 units...

WOW!!!

A 1 for 19 reverse followed by an immediate 15X dilution...to bad the stock was halted, I'm sure everyone will be rushing to buy some to take advantage of this deal.

EntrePort Announces Changes to Proposed Merger

SAN DIEGO, May 31 /PRNewswire/ -- EntrePort Corporation (Amex: ENP - news) previously announced that it has entered into a letter of intent with Infotopia, Inc. to pursue a corporate reorganization in which Infotopia would transfer its business to EntrePort and EntrePort would spin-off its existing business to its shareholders. EntrePort and Infotopia are continuing to negotiate a possible transaction on different terms than previously announced. The parties have reached an agreement in principal and are working to refine the specifics of the transaction. It is anticipated that a definitive agreement will be signed within a week.

Terms change on EntrePort, Infotopia deal

SAN DIEGO, May 31 (Reuters) - Real estate training company EntrePort Corp. (AMEX:ENP - news) said on Thursday that it is continuing to negotiate a possible deal with consumer products firm Infotopia (OTC BB:IFTP.OB - news) but on different terms than previously announced.

Last month the companies announced a deal under which Infotopia would transfer its business to EntrePort who would spin-off its existing business to its shareholders.
