I'm from Texas, too. I never knew anyone to get busted for using a fake ID. Minor in possession, or having the ID confiscated was usually the result.

Times have changed, even in the last 10 years.

Too much risk associated with public consumption of alcohol. Good to see many friends either drinking in, or having a designated driver at all times.

And in Florida, getting caught with a butter knife in her car got an honor student kicked out of highschool and may ruin her chances for a college education.
