I am not sure how the cycle guy does it, I am happy to hit it right 60% of the time. In the meanwhile we are getting into a critical period here around 2:00 to 2:30, I have gotten out of most of the positions I reentered on the late morning swoon down, expecting selling to resume later in the day. The truth is that Larry is probably right and on top of the "mechanical" higher lows" principle, the tic and trend are showing no important divergence, yet, but i smell something in the air (maybe rotten turnips?) that gets me to further reduce exposure as this rally (which I disagree with Larry on, and just dub it a counter trend rally, not a continuation of a major bull move) moves on.

Rich,
<<Cycle guy had the low yesterday at 1243 on the SPX I think we touched 1245..>>
Does "Cycle guy" have a target for this move?
EDIT: just saw your response to Zeev, <<Cycle guy has the next high 6/5 to 6/6 and then a low into 6/7 6/8 and then a higher high(I like that) into the middle of the month...6/11 to 6/14... >>
Thanks.

<<Someday I will understand how you guys do that...LOL>>
I think they must feel the gloom or euphoria in my gut, and do the opposite. Green looks nice after the last two days. Can't help but be suspicious of it, am resisting the urge to sell "everything" into it though. This market could be even worse than the Aug-Oct 98 market. At least it's been tougher for me.
