PRVL--just had annual shareholder meeting on May 29.
Also--Provell had previously announced that it had received notice from Nasdaq that it had not maintained the minimum stock price and minimum market value of public float requirements of Nasdaq. Recently, the SEC authorized Nasdaq to implement a pilot program with respect to certain changes in its listing standards. The pilot program authorizes Nasdaq to change the minimum $5.00 bid price per share requirement to $3.00. As such, the Company has been notified that it now satisfies the new bid price standard and the former Nasdaq notice is no longer in effect. The SEC has not given formal approval to the pilot program, so it is possible that the Company may again be subject to the $5.00 bid price requirement in the future.

The Company continues to explore means of increasing the market value of its public float to satisfy another Nasdaq requirement by July 23, 2001.
