BTW, what do you think of LUMM lately and in particular what do you hear? I'm waiting for the new CEO to give it to us straight from the shoulder as to our prospects, and soon, any day I would imagine. Maybe at a LUMM BBQ!!! Other than that it has been as quiet around here as a mummy's tomb.

Time for some action, eh!

Upon further digging in the SEC filings, it looks like Mr. Beaudry held 50,000 shares personally, but for some reason Yahoo shows him as selling much more than that. Presumably the 600,000 shares he is listed as selling are from the 750,000 each that Polyvalor (Ecole Polytech.) and McGill held, and he did the selling for them and was listed because he was a LUMM director. It would certainly be much clearer if Polyvalor and McGill were separately listed as share sellers.

So no fleet of Mercedes for Denis Beaudry, and irate shareholders need not chase him.
