Thanks for the pick (JDSU) and the lead to Pat Mudge. I've seen some of her posts in the past and she does offer no-nonsense advice. I know I don't have to jump in right now, but I don't want to be left behind when the horses leave the gate, and now seems like a good time to at least do some research.
