Amazing good news on jobless situation.

Ignore the small print, it means nothing.....

The report included heavy revisions to prior months' data and some methodology changes. On balance, the job picture in recent months looked stronger after the changes.

Thanks for the advice, but my time is limited per my wife... We will probably build, I will save $$ by being the GC and doing the dirt work and some of the finish...
