AJ, I`m sure most people will spend the money right away. Some to pay higher energy costs.

I`m not sure how much of a confidence boost it will be. Job creation/security and a rising stock market are the biggest confidence boosters.imo So far the rate cuts haven`t helped. I don`t think the rebates will either.

I think I`ll take my rebate and buy one of those hot penny stocks. That might help the market.-g-
