Craig i think OPEC has no intention of increasing its production quotas. Without any such quota an increase there is no chance that crude oil prices will ease short of a sharp downturn of the global economy. Longer term oil prices will stay high, short term i think the Xoi will pull back some is what i meant. Some good energy plays are Roil, Royl, Chk,Csplf,Hoc,Mro
