19 years old, they are old enough to accept responsibility! Ok she gets caught two weeks ago but to do the same thing knowing the consequences is selfish and disrespectful to her parents. Perhaps there is more here in relationships than we know about.

I don't ever remember someone with a false id for under age drinking having an establishment call the police. Is this something new? It seems like you just turn the person away. How do they expect to get the business of people they have arrested in two years.?

My thoughts on this mess are as follows:

First, I think way too much has been made of the whole incident, however, as she is the President's daughter it is newsworthy. The "privacy" issue is I think much more of a reaction to media bias than to a real privacy concern. I wouldn't chide Chelsea on her looks, after all, consider her genetic stock, but I do think she got some breaks from the press that the Bush twins will not. They should be aware of that and should act accordingly. If the allegations are proven, then they broke the law and should be punished accordingly. The matter is not relevant to "family values". There is no doubt that the Bush's have a solid marriage and have raised a couple of nice children.
