Housing is selling slow here. Suburban area. They're up for sale in the neighborhood for 6-8 months before they sell. The sellers obviously think they're worth more than they are. Not a bullish sign, FWIW.

Rural land and housing is in a trough at the moment. It's most likely directly related to commodity weakness in the last 10-15 yrs. That cycle is turning, IMO. I'm overweight rural land, and plan to stay that way for the next 8-10 years, or more.
