Boplicity, Cute Name. Had to go look up in the dictionary what the accusation being hurled at me even meant. Let me just say that I wouldn't waste my time writing or assume a waste of your time reading what I wrote. I prepare these little forms for a living and have for about a quarter of a century. I've got a master's degree in the subject and some initials after my name so I don't attract too many folks looking for a short form. In these forms, folks represent that they are properly reporting their income, and the doods in the ivory tower get really upset when they make a mistake in this regard. I will say to you that some 60% of the returns I prepare don't have $200 in interest and dividends; thus, my statement You can put your head in the sand or anywhere else that you may choose, but the fact remains that most folks are on the edge.
