A very sad day here... . . our wonderful, beautiful little companion Prince the Papillion got killed by a car last night. He thought he was a mighty and big dog, dug a hole under the fence, and went a block away...big and busy road. We had come to look for him, saw him on the sidewalk across the street, stopped our separate cars, tried to stop the cars, thought he would stay on the sidewalk...he didn't, and a truck hit him. We are unbelieveably saddened. He was such a great friend. Arthur and Prince would have been good friends if they had been closer in distance. Prince was only 6 pounds, but did think he was a Mighty Dog... and he was to us. Ironically, saw this post this AM from yesterday...It says it all for all of us who have lost pets... Message 15878099
