FWIW Calderone is screwing over the shareholders again. We now have an ORDINARY gain instead of a long term gain while this MF still is drawing a salary and skimming the remaining cash out of the company. And when you finally sell the stock you have a long term loss. Just frigging wonderful. How about a shareholder resolution to DESOLVE this POS once and for all.

My guess is that the stock trades at a 50% discount to its cash value, somewhere around $1.25 per share after the distribution.

Opened at $1.20 today. One of my better guesses. :)
