I think probably after spinning off MCIT stock, PSINet files Chapter 11. I really think the BOD's want Ebbers out and their money back from bailing him out on his margin call. Once a bid is made, should see others bid for WCOM as well. It is still trading well below BV of 19.25 with a PE about equal to it's projected annual revenue growth not counting LD business that gets spun off after shareholder vote on June 7. When arbs quit shorting it because of the spread of ICIX deal, WCOM should move up to short term resistance of around 20 or more.
