Craig, I think it depends on the "tech stocks" one's invested in. I have thus far not had interest in shorting stocks, preferring to have my money in places where I see very long term growth, and potentially healthy growth over that time frame. Over the past year, I've been adding primarily to three companies whose market caps currently sum to $7.3B. Yes, I am comfortable with my investments, and most people would call them "tech".
