DCLK bought MESG for a 42% premium Today, compare PTEK to MESG. It is worth at least 10x's what MESG went for Today. T raises rates and USTR out with positive comments re WCOM's settlement with Mexico Yesterday re fees to use their carrier for calls from the states to Mexico.
