The folks on Amat thread can't decide whether nvls is at the bottom of its 60 to 50 range, or the top of its 40 to 50 range. Me, I think it is in the middle of its 40 to 60 range. So you can make money on it long or short. Or lose money in either direction. Perfect example of efficient market.
