I know they picked up Cowal from Rio Tinto, but it is under a 10% increase in reserves (substantially ?) Is there another news release that I missed ?

They got a fair deal, about $30M for 2moz mineable, $15 per ounce (with possibility of expansion). Just need to see how much capital they need to spend and projected cash costs.

Yes, that is the downside, it will add another 200,000 of annual gold production to the marketplace.
