White Wave Sues Over Suiza-Dean Deal dailynews.yahoo.com Thursday June 14 9:53 AM ET BOULDER, Colo. (Reuters) - Soy milk maker White Wave Inc. said Thursday it has sued Suiza Foods Corp. (NYSE:SZA - news) and Dean Foods Co. (NYSE:DF - news), claiming their proposed merger would illegally give Suiza, its largest competitor, a stake in White Wave. The merger between Suiza and Dean, announced April 5, would transfer Dean's stake in White Wave to Suiza, giving Suiza significant control rights over White Wave, White Wave said. White Wave prohibits any shareholder from transferring a part or all of its shares in the company without first providing White Wave, and then its other shareholders, an opportunity to purchase those shares, the company said. The complaint also alleges Suiza improperly induced this violation. Dean's Dean Dip unit currently owns 36 percent of White Wave, White Wave said. The complaint alleges irreparable harm to White Wave, which has also filed a motion for preliminary injunction to stop Dean and Suiza from violating the right of first refusal, White Wave said.

Cholesterol and Red Yeast Rice report: My mother in law will have her eight week cholesterol test this Monday, but I had my six week test yesterday... in the past six weeks with only Red Yeast Rice, 1200 mgs. daily, my total cholesterol fell from 277 to 210... I don't have the other numbers available, but I will be getting them..... I find these results of a %24.1 reduction significant, my physician is amazed..... I expect a %34 reduction over all after 8 to 12 weeks based on earlier studies of the herb..... GZ
