Hey...if you really want to throw some dice in vegas.....check out this gamble.....ITEC.....I used to own and trade this stock....it used to be good for buying at .75 and selling above $3 or $4......bad times hit, but maybe things are looking up for them.....at one point they were voted one of the fastest growing companies out west...anyway, check em out....they were delisted from naz to OTC, but do some dd...look at the news......look at the numbers and newly signed deals for some very nice $$'s.....also notice how unlike typical OTC's, they not only have real products, but industry award winning products.......anyway....it's a roll of the dice, no doubt about it.......but sometimes those dice come up looking nice...and sometimes they dont.....

Imaging Technologies Corporation (OTCBB:ITEC) just announced it has signed a letter of intent with WayTech Development, Inc. covering software licensing, software development, and sales and service of WayTech's Coloreal(TM) Certification program.

ITEC is back, and CRG believes that the stock is ready to take off. With this in mind, CRG feels that the stock will be approaching the $1.00 mark in the short term. Watch ITEC for more news to come.

WayTech will license ITEC's ColorBlind Color Management software, which it will modify and sell under its own brand name and additionally, under the agreement, ITEC will sell and service the WayTech Coloreal Certification program.

ITEC is looking for over $2 million in revenues as a result of the agreement.

ITEC also announced that sales of ITEC products were $1.17 million in the third quarter, up 248 percent compared to sales of $260,000 in the third quarter last year. The balance of revenues in the current fiscal year were from licenses and royalties.
