For the three months ended 3/31/01, revenues fell 45% to $3.6 million. Net loss fell 44% to $374 thousand

I really hate shorting stocks with this particular chart pattern (reminds me of GENI step chart)

Insiders bought a bunch of times at half the current prices.
But, very tiny shares, almost seems for show (ala GENI again)

no intitutional ownership
50% owned by insiders

I would stay away from this one, unless they really started to fly on more bs PR.
