We'll just have to disagree. If you were the CEO of a company and were concerned about your executive & sales staff staying within the bounds of antitrust laws, how would you effectively communicate the consequences of a) confiscation of materials that would happen under subponea b) the use/misuse of memos/e-mail (remember microsoft?) that might take place in trial and c) cross examination of a hostile witness? I believe what Intel did was thorough, systematic and most of all effective . tushar
