The right wing assault on reformation of taxes is one of the arguments they lost twenty years ago. No doubt it's one of the things that drove them to start their attempted election frauds.

If this has already been posted, please forgive.

There was a column on the local op/ed page saying that, since so many demo/libs said America didn't need a tax cut, and that they didn't want one, the author was asking who would be the first demo/lib to return the refund provided for in the cut. IMO, don't hold your breath til one of them does.
