Keep an eye on Mister Softee - market may get a boost when the appelate court decison comes out - its about due - and the decisions from that court are released on Tuesday's and Fridays

moufassa7 - Good job sticking with your instincts. I was wrong early in the week being too bullish, but today more than made up for earlier losses. I went long yesterday on AMAT, CHKP, GMST GD, IRF DFXI and DGX, short on AMR. All worked beautifully so far. LOW, MAR and RL did not work and I have taken small losses on each. Selling some of the longs to lock in some profits, but holding about 45% over the weekend. Still lots of cash to put to work next week. Thanks for your insight. Helpful to know what other traders are thinking. Baton
