I see that. Mucky day. Although it looks like the COMPQ saved itself from the Sept trendline abyss.

There's a COMPQ gap form April 18th I've been watching with bedroom eyes. I sense that we may make a visit.

Yes, in fact, it wasn't that long ago that there was a 5 (going up) that never really fived. So, I suppose next week could surprise us with a truncated 5 down and then a rally. Or not. We'll know then.

Next week, we probably have more warnings, and we might get that MSFT decision. People see that as a reason to rally, but what no one ever talks about is what if the decision goes "against" Microsoft? Still, for the C up to come, don't we need some catalyst? Maybe Intel will re-re-re-reaffirm capex spending or something :-)
