3:25PM Cisco Systems (CSCO) 19.05 -0.21: Cisco getting hit by this excerpt from its 10Q: "The recent slowdown in the general economy, changes in the service provider market, and the constraints on capital availability have had a material adverse effect on many of our service provider customers, with a number of such customers going out of business or substantially reducing their expansion plans. These conditions have had a material adverse effect on our business and operating results, and we expect that these conditions will continue for the foreseeable future."

That's what did it, I think.
I'm still in fear: I can tell because I sold a stock this morning that was going UP (SSSS: sold at 29.75 it went to 33: sold Ted's at 33!)...Unfortunately I had a whole lot more shares than Ted and so lost a great opp. to make some serious money for the week.
I think I need to study zen more before I do any more trading.
That bubble that we didn't know was a bubble has destroyed the market I guess and our confidence along with it.
