I don't think one can marry into Green Gables.

I have, however, stayed a mile away on the PEI coast, and it's nice.

Now back to New Brunswick: it can't be that different from Maine, and all of Maine is really lovely. The glaciation left lakes everywhere, and the rivers are lovely. Don't be so crabby.

What I think is funny is the people who go to Nova Scotia expecting unending picturesqueness. People meander for days around rural highways looking at fields and bushes and sometimes coming to the coast and get rained on then come home and complain about being bored.

I do wish that no one else had ever discovered PEI. Some years ago lobsters were (literally) cheaper than packaged bologna.
