Looking at the chart for ITF we can see the stock is currently trading atop it's 20EMA which should now act as support and has resistance @$.12 it's 100MA. The ADX and MACD are showing weak uptrends in place and the Stochastics is pointing up. On Thursday this company announced the commencement of exploration on one of it's properties and then on Friday announced a partial interest sale of the same property. Will be interesting to see what effect the news after the close on Friday will have on this stock.

Friday Jun 1 2001 Property Agreement

The Canadian Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in regard to an agreement dated April 17, 2001, between International Freegold Mineral Development Inc. and Quaterra Resources Inc., pursuant to which Quaterra may obtain a 50-per-cent interest in 168 single claim units located in the Union Bay region of Alaska, known as the Union Bay platinum group element property. In consideration, Quaterra will pay a total of $100,000 (U.S.) in stages on or before May 1, 2004, incur exploration expenditures of $1-million (U.S.) in five stages on or before Jan. 1, 2006 (of which $125,000 (U.S.) is due by Jan. 1, 2002), and issue a total of 200,000 shares (100,000 on approval and 100,000 by May 1, 2002). A finder's fee in the amount of 25,000 shares of the company will be issued to Curtis J. Freeman.
