Buchanan did not make it on to the ballot in all states. I believe it was mainly a monetary thing. JLA

Haven't you forgotten Nader?? Buchanan only appeared on 49 ballots, was not on Michigan or DC. Nader appeared on 44 ballots. Harry Browne appeared on 49 ballots. There were 16 presidential candidates.
