BLUE HP manager back in one piece -- but many pieces with nicks -- from vacation in climbing mecca, Yosemite. Still able to type, so nibbling 500 shares of KOSN at $9.20. Next target, $7.50.

Thanks for y'all's help on INGN's licensing situation. Anybody know who's in the lead -- in terms of filing for marketing approval -- in the area of gene therapy using adenoviral vectors? In other words, what company is the regulatory bellwether for INGN, if the FDA's standards are expected to be stringent?

Cheers, Tuck

Speaking of VC bailing, now seems a good time for a VGNX update:

insidertrader.com

Today's action more of the same?

siliconinvestor.com

This puts them back at book, and darn near cash.

biz.yahoo.com

There must be leverage in there somewhere for Rick to play it (not saying he has a position now, mind you; I wouldn't know). BLUE HP will try for 2000 shares at 4 1/4 tomorrow.

Cheers, Tuck
