Big Bucks, I doubt Niles has that much influence. Here are the recent up/down grades earnings.com

The Tucker Anthony Sutro downgrade called for a target of $26, I think. Since targets are usually for 12 months, that's hilarious.

Niles has been bad mouthing the semi equipment stocks every time he's been in public for the past 6 months. No one pays attention to that clown anymore unless you're intent on losing your money. Heck, I think people use him as a contrarian indicator.
