gbucks ran into the same problem over on the Computer Learning Thread....pop-ups wouldn't go away even though he deleted the paltalk folder like the removal instructions from paltalk said...see #reply-15883294

I'll show you how to get rid of that. When you download free software, never assume that the word free has the same meaning as the word "is". After all, the meaning of the word "is" has not been established.

Underlieing meaning is "never" click past the install windows without reading the "pre-checked" boxes.

We can fix this.
