Yes and with Mr. Cala's timeliness 3 Years will be 6 :-((( This man seems to be his own WORSE ENEMY. Sadly, he has the most to GAIN. He should be on top of the BUSINESS, getting the FILINGs done in a TIMELY Manner. Seeing to it that he deliver's on HIS word but he seems to not understand the word "TIME".

Bish, Think that was kinda understood to be the approximate timeframe. Agree about the casino thingy. Guess ya have to stay awake, not sleep. ROFLOL! With the CCAAE Filing out, finally, guess the "e" will come off in a few days. Sure would like to this type of late filing cease in the future. The Mancini pro forma is the key. The filing stated on 2/13/01 the both companies would work on the merger. Hopefully, the pro forma is close to being certified by audit since it's been almost 4 months, now. Maybe IMOIL will be more time sensitive and have more positive news other than the filings for the investing public. Two news releases in almost 7 months. The rest, filings. Although this strategy was interesting. Wonder if they are beginning to market the products???? No way to tell. biz.yahoo.com BTW: At least, the blasted 144's have pretty muched stopped after that big March flurry. Probably, old,old shareholders and/or ex-insiders that bailed.
