T, I have always said that pension funds and bank trust cos. move glacially, and then from one losing strategy to the next. We had a wholesaler in here a few weeks back and he said, "the smartest investors in the world are U.S. pension funds." Say, what???!!!! Since freakin' when? Just because they caught the last couple of years of a bull market does not make them smart. And you are right. Stock returns that suck are nothing compared to sucking down mustard gas in a trench.
