Violence
or
Violent force

Any situation that is violent may require the use of violent force. If you don't believe this then you will not be assigned to deal with rabid dogs nor horses with broken legs.

F16's taking out hardened targets can be quite violent, I understand people do get killed.

michael:

Bush does not want to jump into these Middle East problems. He would rather have the Middle East participates work it out. I believe Bush at least for now may have the best approach to the Middle East dilemma. He has not been shy in regards to his belief in God. If this is truly the case, I'm sure he is familiar with Zechariah 12:3.

And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it. (Zechariah 12:3)

You see, Bush knows it's a no win situation in the Middle East. His own bible tells him that Jerusalem would become a burdensome weight for all nations of the world. However, I believe he will ultimately succumb to political pressure and against his better judgement insert the US once again into Middle East problems.

It's kind of amazing to think that Zechariah's prophecy so many thousands of years ago would be so accurate. In fact without the creation of the League of Nations and subsequent United Nations this would not even be possible. Now it is easy to see how "all the people of the earth" would in some way be involved in deciding an outcome for Jerusalem/Israel.
