Any way you can make money is Good! I have no problem with shorts or shorting and do so in my personal account. The investment Phleet is in IRA's and, thus, cannot short. However, the Phleet, as of Friday, is sitting 88% in cash and up 23.6% YTD. With my benchmark, the SnP down ~4%, I'm not too concerned about the concepts of investing. I did make some lousy decisions in the 4th quarter of 2000, and the Phleet is down 12.4% since August 31, 2000. Nevertheless, the SnP for that period is down ~17%, so I don't think I'm doing too bad with my limitations. I keep some small positions in WCOM and GLW, just to remind me everyday to avoid those mistakes. <ng> Berney
