Michael, My husband and I have signed every petition that Eyman has drafted. He is a hero and patriot. In 25 years in the same home my property taxes have gone from $564.00 a year to $4210.00. Same house, no bigger. Because of initiative 695, I am saving $700 dollars a year on just one of the vehicles my husband and I use. Washington is becoming an elitist state, affordable only to the wealthy (with the exception of portions of Eastern Washington, and they are catching up)and driving out young couples, families, singles, middle class, senior citizens and business ie. Boeing. Our illustrious Democratic Governor, Gary Locke now wants to add 7 cents to the fuel tax. In your opinion what will or can be done concerning "illegal" tactics by the opponents of initiative 747? I do not know which statute is being broken in this regard. For students of Socialism, Washington State would be an excellent classroom. M
