Probably not. On the other hand, would Hutch, Bob Johnson, etc. ever say anything positive about gold near term (rest of 2001)? Probably not. In fact, some, like Tom, are even short gold stocks. Others are substantially bullish. GPM has several on both sides. So you see, one does have to pick and choose what one is to believe.

I merely threw the passage out for comment. I see a good chance of gold hitting $350 this year. If it doesn't my heart won't be broken because my main gold holding is also an oil/gas play.
